I'm not gonna lie - I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT THE SERVICE TODAY!!! I had the SWEET opportunity to put something I learned to work!
A couple of months ago a friend of mine taught me how to change the headlights in my car. And the way he taught me was PERFECT - him showing me how to change the first one, and then having me change the second one. For those of you in education, you see how this is a great teaching method. It enabled me to remember how to do it so today for service I was blessed to share this knowledge with one of my best friends! I taught her how to change her headlights... after a cop pulled her over last night for having a bulb out. Clearly the cop must have been a little bored.
I was just very excited to share auto knowledge since the extent of my auto knowledge ends after checking my fluids and adding oil to my car. I've never been able to share such knowledge on cars before! Thanks to me being taught by a good friend first!
One of the greatest ways to serve, I'm learning, is to teach others something they don't previously know how to do. Happy teaching, my friends!!
