Happy New Year!!
I went on the sweetest New Year adventure ever and as a result was not able to update this blog until today.
So... Day #24...
I am not sure how to put this in a way that will come across well and not make anyone feel... offended should said people read this... (it's so vague, I know!) But I "included" some friends in something that maybe they wouldn't have known about had I not said anything. They seemed very excited to have heard and had the opportunity!
Day #25
Today I did my mom's dishes after we ate dinner. Simple. But nice.
It's interesting how this service thing goes - I recognize more opportunities to serve. And other times I recognize that sometimes I DON"T want to serve, that it is "inconvenient." How natural man to think! But how thankful I am to recognize it and be working to overcome those feelings. After all - how "inconvenient" is it to be helping someone and making their load lighter?? I'm just lovin this!
