Day #45

Today was a simple service... but I'm grateful for the inspiration to do it. I had the sweet opportunity to spend some time with one of my best friends for just a bit after I got off work and as we left, I got in my car and backed out as she continued on through the parking lot to her car. As I started to pull out I remember her telling me she had some car trouble the previous day... and that's when the inspiration struck (thankfully!). I turned around, drove to the part of the parking lot where her car was, and waited to make sure her car started okay. It was 6 p.m. and drizzly - no one wants to get stuck alone with car problems... but especially when it's dark and drizzly and cold outside! And thankfully... HER CAR STARTED! Woohoo! Yae for doing service! Yae for this blog that reminds me to do it. Yae for the Spirit that inspires me to do it. :) And yae for all of you who read this!
