So yesterday for service I was planning on making some SWEET homemade oreos to take to a dessert night... unfortunately a few things impeded me from doing so and I was super bummed! That was going to be my service for the day! So my cute sister-in-law, Keri, was over with her cute fam, and she suggested that I take some of the cupcakes she brought over... so my service for the day was letting someone serve me. I had never really thought about that but it definitely counts. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do - accept help from someone else.
Today for service I wrote my last email to my cute friend serving her mission. She comes home this week... possibly tomorrow! It's been a blessing writing her (not as often as I should have in the beginning) and taking part in the awesome missionary spirit. It's always a blessing for missionaries to receive contact from home.

I can't believe that you are on day 48 already! It seemed like yesterday that you started this adventure! Fun to read and catch up on some of the posts that I have missed! Keep up the good work!
